After mentioning a non-dairy cream substitute in my ice cream recipe, I got flooded with requests for details. So, here we go! A simple, 3 (or 4 if want sweet cream, 5 if want a flavored coffee creamer) recipe that you can knock out in minutes! Watch the video below to see how damn easy this is. And yes, it doesn’t separate when chilled!

2/3 cup nut milk (or soy milk)
1/3 cup mild flavor old (sunflower, safflower, liquid coconut oil)
1/8th tsp glucomannan, xantham, or guar gum
Optional 1 drop liquid sweetener
flavored extract (to taste)
