Crock Pot Pepper Steak

1 lb cube steak or beef tips
2 cups cooked or canned tomatoes
3 bell peppers variety of colors
1 large onion
Salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder
Slice strips of beef peppers, & onions
Season with a teaspoon each of seasonings.
Put seasoned meat & vegetables in crock pot, dump tomatoes on top.
Cook on high until meat is very tender (appx 3 hours)
Eat by itself or serve over cauliflower rice. (add 5 carbs)
