My Keto-Asian Meals


This is one of my favourite main dish that originate from sumatera island (padang province)

This dish is a very delicious keto-compatible meal that guaranteed to give your taste bud, an unforgettable sensation of melt in your mouth fats and taste incredibly awesome

Every ketoers must try this dish, to found out what heaven is on Keto, from being able to eat this much fat.

Here goes the recipe

4 – 5 serving size

750 g Fatty Brisket
1500 ml Coconut milk
100 g Cows Fat
100 ml Coconut Oil
3 pcs cloves
1 cinnamon stick
3 pcs cardamom
2 lemon grass
1/2 turmeric leave
5 tbsp Fried Shallots
1 tbsp Salt
4 tbsp Coconut oil for sautee

Grounded Spices :
3 Red Chillies
4 cloves Garlic
4 cloves Shallots
1/2 tbsp corriander
1/2 tsp Cumin powder
1 tsp pepper
2 cm ginger stalk
2 cm Galangal stalk
3 cm turmeric stalk
3 pcs Candle nuts

Boil the fatty brisket with coconut milk, cows fat and coconut oil.

Add cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, lemon grass, turmeric leaves and salt until half done.

Sautee all the grounded spice with coconut oil until fragrant.

Pour the hot brisket curry and lower the heat

Cook until the briskets are tenders and the curry thickens (evaporates almost half)

Turn off the heat then remove onto serving plate and sprinkle with fried shallots

Serve while its warm
