YES!! You now can do all those recipes that call for this like PUMPKIN PIE, 5 LAYER BARS, or hell, just dump it in your coffee for a sweet treat.

Keto Sweetened condensed milk:

  • 1 14 oz can of unsweetened coconut milk
  • 3 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup granulated stevia
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp xantham gum

Heat the coconut milk and cream in a sauce pan on medium heat, whisking occasionally until it starts to bubble. Once bubbling, add the butter and whisk in. Once butter is combined, add the stevia a little at a time, constantly whisking so it doesn’t clump up.

Continue to heat and whisk while bubbling, about 15 minutes or so until it starts to thicken and goes from white to a pale amber. Shut off heat, whisk in xantham gum. Let sit for about 5 minutes on the burner with burner off, whisking every 30 seconds or so. Remove from stove and pour into container. Let cool completely.

  1. […] know why these taste so freaking good, oh my. Chocolate. Butterscotch. Graham crackers. Coconut. Sweetened condensed milk. The ‘real’ way is stupid easy to make, too. Make a run through the baking goods aisle […]

  2. You rock!!!
    This is GREAT!

  3. Every time I use Stevia in my whip cream, it tast real nasty. I use hwc and granulated Stevia

    1. What brand and type do you use? I’ve found not all of them are created equal. I’ve had that bitter taste with Stevia in the Raw as well as some of the alcohol-solution liquids. Sweet Leaf is pretty good, Now Foods liquid is excellent, and surprisingly, so is the Great Value brand from Walmart (granulated). You can also try using Erythritol, I cannot use it as I have a reaction to sugar alcohols but others swear by it. Just increase the quantity used by 1/3rd (so 1 cup Stevia = 1 and 1/3 cup Erythritol)
